I integrate ancestral health and permaculture. Teaching people alternative ways of living that honour their genetics and the environment. I do this through 'stacking' healthy lifestyle essentials into the everyday, such as helping families to craft a movement-rich home environment that encourages physical play, promotes a resilient body and grows delicious food.
