I opened one of the very first functional fitness facilities in the SW Denver area in 2008. What a journey it has been! I am truly passionate about helping people reclaim their health and physical potential: those interested in wellness and longevity as well as those looking for a serious training prescription to enhance their performance or prepare them for their chosen sport.
