As a professional engineer, husband and father of two girls that are in multiple activities. I understand how difficult it is to not only find time to improve your health, but it seems like every other week there is new information on:

What exercises to do and how often?

I started Canada Health Revolution in order to cut through all the information overload and get back to basics. My goal is to educate and provide simple strategies that can be implemented into your busy life.
