In 2016, I was diagnosed with autoimmune form of arthritis. My very first thought was, "Am I going to die?" I was concerned what this meant for the future.
Thankfully, I had met a friend who had had much success with the AIP (autoimmune protocol) of the paleo diet and she walked alongside me as I transitioned to this diet.
As a result of this diagnosis, I want to learn as much as I can about how nutrition impacts all aspects of our well-being. I now want to share what I've learned and help other modify diet and lifestyle to manage their autoimmune disease. Primal Health Coach; Nutrition Master’s Therapist (student)
