Hi, I’m Caroline, I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Primal Health Coach. I live in York, England, with my family and I am thrilled to be part of this worldwide network of Primal Health Coaches. I fell in love with the primal lifestyle several years ago, having suffered inflammatory bowel disease and creeping weight gain after the birth of my twins at the age of 40,.
I am a firm believer in the power of primal-aligned eating and living to improve and optimize health at all ages. I run one-to-one and group 8-week health coaching programs in York, as well as nutritional therapy consultations, specializing in weight management, cognitive health, and mood/energy balance.
