Anne Russell

Anne Russell is a certified health coach with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.
She received her certification in 2020 from the Primal Health Coach Institute.
As a primal/ancestral health coach Anne partners with individuals to support them in achieving optimal health with the use of nutrition to fuel the body for proper functioning to reverse chronic disease and restore health.
Anne works as a partner with her clients to customizes nutrition and lifestyle modification programs for female nurses 55+ for long-term wellness. She focuses on healing the body with nutrition, helping women with weight loss, joint pain, fatigue, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, and anti-aging.
Anne has spent her career working in the medical community and has come out from the traditional healthcare community to provide an answer to the many women who are experiencing challenges with their weight and health and have not found a solution in the mainstream. As a member of the care team she witnessed women’s health declining despite the fact they were seeking help.
