Lipedema takes a toll not only on physical health but also on one's emotional well-being. Having experienced my own health journey living with Lipedema and other health challenges, I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you’re constantly facing an uphill battle.

I understand the physical discomfort and pain associated with long periods of sitting or standing. One of my most painful days was enjoying a beautiful art exhibit but wanting to rush through so I could sit and find relief.

For more than two decades, I searched for the solutions to my chronic headaches/migraines, gut issues, skin irritations, and swollen and painful legs. After exploring countless avenues, I finally discovered a Nutritional Therapist. Her guidance made a significant impact on my health and ignited my passion for becoming a health coach.

Making positive lifestyle changes can be a daunting and challenging task. That's why I am dedicated to being your partner as you reach your health goals. My mission is to help you work with your body, not against it.
