Amy Rosner

Amy combines hypnosis, guided imagery, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and primal health and life coaching techniques to help people reprogram physical and emotional discomfort and limiting beliefs, increase relaxation and clarity of thought, and live more mindfully and creatively. Together with her emphasis on evolutionary biology, she helps her clients work with their bodies, not against them.

A graduate of the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, she has received the most rigorous hypnotherapy training available. The hypnosis protocols she employs have been scientifically verified by the National Institutes of Health to be effective. A Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, Amy is also certified in Professional Coaching, having studied with David Krueger, M.D., as well as in Primal Health Coaching and in NLP. She has a private practice in east Mesa, AZ, where she offers individual sessions and classes. She also offers virtual sessions for clients anywhere in the world.
