MD, Our practice has been focused on addressing autism spectrum conditions for the past twenty years. It is inclusive of translational, functional, integrative and allopathic approaches. Dr. Traver was trained in autism at Stanford University Medical Center and has been involved with DAN!, CAN, ARI meetings, MedMAPS and other conferences throughout his career. He has lectured in both community and medical professional settings and has been on the media sharing about the unprecedented increase in autism. He continues to be part of a number of different groups focused on both research and clinical treatment of ASDs. He is active in clinical research on translational agents being studied for individuals on the spectrum. The practice is also focused on PANDAS and PANS and he is in communication with Stanford University Immune Behavioral Health Clinic regarding patient management. He is a member of different nationwide medical groups focused on PANS treatments. He employs a combined allopathic, translational and functional approach to address the issues observed n these conditions. Conditions related to infection mediated reactive autoantibody production are now one of the practice's main focus areas. This includes but is not restricted to conditions observed with the possible involvement of the following agents: Lyme and associated co-infections, mold, bacteria and viruses. In light of the evolving research raising increased preconception and prenatal influences on childhood outcomes, including anxiety, autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions, a special arm of the practice is devoted to supporting women's health both pre-conception and prenatally. The practice is not a fertility clinic. Rather, it offers testing and natural supplements to support a woman's optimal health. The following conditions are often related and/or are addressed as part of the above: Anxiety Aggression Autistic Spectrum Disorder Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Behavioral and Cognitive Challenges Chromosomal deletions and duplications Developmental Delays Down Syndrome Emotional regulation and self-regulation challenges Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Fragile X Syndrome Gastrointestinal Dysfunction, e.g. constipation Immune dysregulation Learning Disabilities Mitochondrial Dysfunction PANDAS, PANS, CANS, PITANDS Processing Disorders Sensory Issues Sleep disturbances Tic and Tourette’s Disorders
