Meghan Zech

Dr. Meghan Zech is a board-certified Naturopathic Oncologist (FABNO) and Registered Herbalist dedicated to enhancing health and vitality through integrative, patient-centered care. Combining conventional insights with the healing power of natural therapies, Dr. Zech offers a holistic approach to optimize outcomes and support overall well-being. She is especially passionate about guiding patients through the complexities of cancer care, including prevention and survivorship, to address the unique health needs that often arise along the way.

With a diverse background that began with a degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Dr. Zech followed her passion for natural medicine to Bastyr University in Seattle, where she earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and went on to complete a two-year residency in Integrative Oncology. Her practice reflects her commitment to holistic care by integrating evidence-based therapies, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address both acute and chronic health concerns.

In her clinical work, Dr. Zech treats a diverse range of patients, with a focus on integrative oncology, gastrointestinal concerns and cardiometabolic health, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management. Dr. Zech is especially invested in empowering patients in survivorship settings, helping them regain their strength and resilience after cancer treatment through tailored nutrition, lifestyle support and herbal therapies.
