BSc. ND I have been practicing as an ND for over 15 years, and spent the most recent 9 years working with cancer patients at an integrative medicine clinic. Working with this patient population has been, and continues to be the most rewarding and humbling experience for me as a clinician. It has allowed me to see limitations of both conventional as well as naturopathic approaches. For patients to achieve the best possible outcome, an integrative approach is necessary.

Over the years, I have also developed a new level of appreciation for the challenges patients not just during but AFTER the completion of active cancer treatments. Often they still experience residual side effects from the treatments with little support or have many questions about getting "back to normal" as well as how to prevent recurrence.

I find it rewarding providing solutions to help improve the quality of life to my patients at any point of their cancer journey. I am also very passionate about empowering patients with evidence-based information on how they can decrease their risk of recurrence and take back some control over their health.
